Phoenix Initiative is a community based homeschool enrichment program based in the Upper Hudson Valley of New York. It provides a social learning environment centered around the developing child as a human being in body, soul and spirit. Classes provide healthy activities and experiences that allow children to unfold and grow as individuals within a community. 

Phoenix Initiative began a teacher training in 2024 that incorporates various EduCareDo lessons. This work is for individuals who are called to support and participate in a spirit-led education for the future.

Year Ⅰ

8 workshops over the course of 11 months as well as Spirit-led Education for a Spirit-led Life course and a selection of lessons from the Foundations in Anthroposophy.
There will be two new groups beginning in August 2025 with the option for meeting on-line or in-person.

Year-Long Course Fee: $3,600. Payments can be made in installments when requested.

Year Ⅱ

The second year offers short placements alongside educators within the homeschool enrichment program offered at Phoenix Initiative. Course participants are strongly encouraged to enrol into and engage with the Lisa Romero through the Inner Development for World Development course.

Year Ⅲ

The third year supports course participants to refine, practice and evolve their contribution towards the future through Spirit-led Education. A selection of lessons from subject courses are made available according to the course participant’s focus for the year. The training is individualised towards Spirit-led Education through meetings with Meaghan Witri.
